We work on a Contingency basis, meaning you do not owe a fee until you hire a candidate.

Stage 1
It begins with an in-depth review of your current openings as preparation to find the right match.
Stage 2
Once found, we pre-qualify the candidate through an extensive interview process, then convey the information to you.
Stage 3
We arrange the interview; following this, we debrief both the candidate and you to determine compatibility.
Stage 4
If desired, we can do complete reference and/or background checks. We can also negotiate the offer. We can negotiate the offer and help implement a start-date.
